Come to Whitetop Public Library to enjoy an afternoon of Gemstone Mining and Gold Panning to celebrate the finale of our Summer Reading Program! The Friends of the Whitetop Public Library will also be providing lunch! In addition, all patrons who participated in the Summer Reading Program will be able to pick up their goodie bags at the event or at the library in the following week.
