Interested in fungi?

Team up with us to grow your own mushrooms at home! We’ll provide all materials & walk you through the steps of inoculation into sterile substrate with the help of a local mushroom farmer. Our spores are USDA-certified organic, and sourced from NorthSpore©.

Golden oysters (Pleurotus citrinopileatus) are great for beginners and have a mild, nutty aroma & flavor, said to be comparable to cashews!

This workshop is geared toward families as a whole.
