Interested in fungi?
Team up with us to grow your own mushrooms at home! We’ll provide all materials & walk you through the steps of inoculation into sterile substrate with the help of a local mushroom farmer. Our spores are USDA-certified organic, and sourced from NorthSpore©.
Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) can be a little more difficult than oyster varieties, but with a flavor & consistency similar to crab meat, it’s worth the extra effort!
This workshop is geared toward families as a whole.
