Description Color photo of a house. Located on western side of Rt. 21, Elk Creek Parkway, just south of Elk Creek stream. House built by Eli C. and Frances Ann Scott Hale 1854. (Frances Ann Scott was sister of Andrew Porter Scott) Lewis Hale married Mary Burwell in 1768, and settled at this location. Both are buried on this farm, which is currently owned by Ernest Warren Stone and Nancy Moxley Stone.
