Description Color photo of a house, Olive Scott Benkelman, Scottie Benkelman Pritchard, Matthew Scott Pritchard, Grayson Keirn Pritchard and Ernest A. Pritchard III. Home of Andrew Porter Scott and Ann Jane Newland, married 12-8-1852. Andrew P. Scott was a Confededrate soldier, lost an arm at the Battle of Cold Harbor, was a farmer, slave owner, operated a government distillery and in the basement there are still racxks where whisky was aged in wooden barrels. Birthplace of William Wolrley Scott, 10-2-1855, died 7-15- 1945
